Thankyou Mick for the anchor winch. Installed it in my Streaker 585 Tournament in it’s anchor well – fitted nicely and the instructions were easy to follow. Matched it with 8mm PE line ( the soft line that is like nylon- bought 100 metres of it for about $120 at Discount Seamart in Melbourne) and 8mm short link chain with a Sarca anchor. Tried it in Corio Bay (with over 15 moves) and Westernport where the tidal currents are strong- it held the boat anchored and it worked perfectly on every retrieve and drop. I had to put a roller on the deck just in front of the anchor well. Will recommend it to others.
